So I no longer produce testosterone, and here's a picture of my current breast development.
I'm now only taking estrogen, and I still have progesterone. I'm no longer taking antiandrogens.

So yes, my chest is beautiful, but you see, the right one is always smaller than the left one. 
Of course, cis-gender women also have asymmetry. But if I could make my right one the same size as my left one, I would be delighted.
