I am taking Ainterol once in the morning and once before bedtime, is this a good starting dose and should I add anything to it?

Hi, excuse my ignorance but what is RR and SS? I can't find them between the commonly used acronyms.
Many thanks

RR = red Reishi. Look up one with high polysaccharide percentage. Reishi should work fine also in extract form, the one I used to take was 180mg per pill and one per day was enough as it was dosed pretty much perfectly.
One quite simple addition with PM is combination os MSM, vitamin D3 and Calcium citrate.
Example doses could be 3000mg MSM as pure powder mixed with water or as 1g pills. 4000iu of D3 and 500-1000mg of Calcium citrate. Swanson sells big 300pcs bottle of 500mg calcium citrate capsules and its affordable. D3 costs around the same no matter which brand and cheapest MSM is pure powder form, make sure its 99.9% concentration without anything else.
This will help boost your growth hormone and growth factor levels which is essential for breast growth. This combo also comes with plethora of health benefits and is well tried and tested by multiple people here on BN. I highly recommend this, Lotus used to post a lot about this and there's a good reason to. This is one of the subtle side show things which WILL help your growth.
Another path to look into is amino acids to boost HGH and prolactin. I've found L-tyrosine and GABA to be quite effective and also I've posted in depth about the combination of fasting, Acetyl L-carnitine and L-ornithine. (Search my main thread, the documentation on this is buried somewhere in there.)
Third way you might want to try is to take golactalugues, stuff which boosts prolactin. Slightly elevated prolactin levels without inducing lactation may be beneficial for growing breast fat and that's one of the things you want going. Milk thisle, blessed thistle, Goat's rue and Alfalfa come to mind from the most useful stuff. Goat's rue in particular is awesome as it may help building breast tissue along doing a prolactin boost. Milk thistle is also good for liver health, especially one which comes with dandelion root.

A lot of people throw around supplement names without context, but you laid out doses and the reasoning clearly. Definitely going to start with the MSM/D3/Calcium combo and maybe layer in Goat's Rue once I get stable.

Yes because I tend to know what I'm doing and quick to the point explanation of what, how and why is always a good idea. Then again, I'm not great at explaining in detail the exact function of these things, Lotus is the expert on that, but her main thread is a massively long read to dig through. Still highly recommended to spend time over there as she has laid out all science I'm basing my program and advice upon.
The MSM+D3+Calcium is fantastic combination. Its helping to grow connective tissues and a lot of what our boobs are, are exactly that. It also helps to fix skin, nails, hair and so on. Its also obvious that natural boost to growth hormone and growth factors is doing quite a bit of slowing down or even reversing aging. There's a good reason why certain supplements and amino acids are awesome idea.

It gives more than just boobs.

It would also be nice to add blood thinners. This will help reduce the risk of blood clots.
here is my list for today, just a list: PM, nettle root extract, turmeric with peperino, vitamin E, calcium citrate, zinc citrate, nattokinase, saw palmetto extract, L-arginine, magnesium+B6.
