I find a lot of info at WebMD here is the link https://www.webmd.com/default.htm
hope this help be safe with your program
Thanks for your time and concern. Tbh im okay with a little risks and some side effects such as headache or upset stomach is fine with me. What'd worry me is serious like life threatening effect. I guess it's okay not to go overboard with it i guess. I'll look onto link you sent.
From my wiki that I built up from the info that
Lotus posts here:
[[Green Tea]] (Epigallocatechin) - Reduces the conversion of free testosterone into DHT and also raises SHBG (sex-hormone-binding-globulin).
The Polyphenols in green tea **promotes aromatase**, anti-oxidation, estrogen, modifies signaling transduction pathways, relieves oxidative stress (reduces lipid oxidation), possess potent iron-chelating radical-scavenging and anti-inflammatory activities (polyphenols are powerful free radical destroyers), protects against neurological diseases.
Green tea catechins ameliorate adipose insulin resistance. (By far an NBE super food that should be in every program).

> About the EGCG amount that you are taking. I have read that more than 400mg can affect your liver. See quote and link below.
"**Do not exceed 400 mg of epigallocatechin gallate per day**, as more has been associated with liver issues."

> Hard to say with any certainty that green tea by itself can feminize. If you incorporated a PDE4 inhibitor it may peak my curiosity to run a cycle or two. But essentially inhibiting PDE4 boosts cAMP...which stimulates that estrogen pathway. Viagra is a PDE5 inhibitor, but doesn't stimulate cAMP like PDE4 does. PDE enzymes are classified into 12 families (aka as a superfamily of enzymes).
> For example,
Quercetin (in green tea) is pro-aromatase, in the magnitude of 3-4 fold. It (quercetin) does this by stimulating Adenylyl Cyclase via the cAMP/PKA creb pathway, which I've explained in detail that this pathway an effective estrogen pathway, but let's consider cAMP/PKA creb pathway to be the best feminizing pathway to date.
> However, this is what we know about Adenylyl Cyclase, it catalyzes the conversion of ATP (adenosine triphosphate, aka cellular energy source) into the second messenger known as cAMP(cyclic adenosine monophosphate). And this increase in estrogen-activates gene transcription...in other words new breast growth.
