Well here’s the story and picture.  I was on the way to the psychiatrist office for my surgery clearance letter.
I was a bundle of nerves and the anxiety was absolutely terrible. So off to the third floor, when the door of the elevator opened all I could see was the padded wall.  How appropriate for the elevator to the psychiatrist office.  I got my letters, that’s all that matters.

I believe that you just need to lose your fear and keep your nerves under control, then you will take a big step forward. You don't need to be afraid of the public. Pretty women like you are always welcome. 

Your outfit reminds me a little of one of mine from a few years ago. Short skirt, loose blouse over it and not too high pumps. A smart casual look perfect for a visit to the psychiatrist like yours or to the beauty salon like mine.

I think this is one of your prettiest looks. The fit is so pretty and neat.  Sorry I don’t have a picture that can match yours.  Give me some time to work on it.  I still have to tell myself let HRT do its job, I’m just very impatient and want it NOW.

Today we have another photo from a shopping trip. I tried to tone down the feminine floral dress and black pumps with a casual denim jacket.

You look so pretty and happy, must be a great feeling having the confidence that you have.

Going to the eye doctor tomorrow and will be getting my first pair of women’s glasses.  No more old drab men’s glasses for me.  Wife and I are 100% committed to my transition. So very hard to be patient.

By the way, where was the picture taken?  You know me, always wanting to know something.

It's so wonderful that your wife is also committed to your transition and is so supportive. I can't wait to see your first women's glasses.

Many years ago I was also looking for women's glasses as you can see in today's photos. Neither the outfit nor my hairstyle was good and I think I lacked a lot of self-confidence back then.

Very pretty, I don’t see less confidence! Do you ever wear glasses?  I feel like wearing contacts would be like having sand in my eyes and I have enough distractions right now.  But I will concur this new life as a woman. I feel more at peace every day and I truly know Caylee belongs here.

Wife said we will take new pictures when the new glasses arrive, in about two weeks.

So far, I've only worn glasses in men's mode. When I'm out and about en-femme, I always wear contact lenses. I don't love them, but I get on quite well with them. But I will definitely buy women's glasses one day.

I am so happy for you that you are finding more and more inner peace and becoming one with Caylee.

Today another photo from Baden, the small town near Vienna. My best friend and I were out and about with her newborn baby. She let me push the stroller so that I could feel a bit like a mother.
