got my results for my bloodwork from last week:

Estradiol: 183 pg/mL (goal 120 - 200)
Testosterone 13 ng/dL (goal <55)

I think this is a significant improvement from the numbers I was at for March:

18 ng/dl for testosterone
122 pg/ml for estradiol


I also got a new cap to wear (it's a pink puma, not a cougar).

Could you please clarify? Do you mean health insurance? 

As far as going out as a woman, I would say no. I don't wear a makeup or wig, and I don't think I have the facial changes necessary yet to pass.

But as I said earlier, I still need more time on HRT and such to pass as a woman.
