I started in September last year using the Flat2Fem programme but with WY massage rather than FG because of the infamous smell problem!
There was definitely some filling out ( fat deposition) in the first 6 weeks but because I then needed to get more supplies in anyway, I switched to PM instead of FG. I also dropped the Progesterone massage because I was a bit concerned about the 1/2 tsp a time levels and the possible overdose effects that have been reported at higher levels.
For the next 4 weeks ( i.e the first 4 weeks on PM), there was a slow but steady increase in fat deposition mainly on the inner side of the breasts area, which has the effect of making the nipples appear to start to point outwards. This seems to be a fairly common effect.
In mid December I stopped taking anything, the reason being that we went to Costa Rica for 2 weeks over Christmas ( Yes, and we missed all the snow!!) and I was concerned about the possibilities of having to explain various unidentifiable capsules at customs in the event of a search - Central America being known for 'substances'! Much to my surprise during the last few days of the holiday I suddenly started getting pains, particularly around my left nipple and running outwards from it, the right one was much less noticeable. Now, this was after 10 days or so of no herbs at all, and it seems to suggest that I had built up a fairly hefty phyto-hormone level in my body which took a long time to dissipate and building on what had gone before, actually tided me over the gap to allow proper budding to start. This was some 3-4 months in from the start of my programme, which is what Chrissiegirl found as well.
Needless to say, as soon as I got back, I grabbed the pill bottles and whacked the PM up to 3000mg per day just to be sure, plus my normal SP. For the first couple of days back, the pain in my left boob increased quite significantly ( felt great! LOL) and growth was quite noticeable with tightness and heat build up particularly at night, then almost as suddenly as it started, it eased off and now is just a sensitivity to pressure around the nipple ( which has certainly grown slightly). The right boob feels about the same, sensitive to nipple pressure but it never had the painful period.
I dropped the WY massage for two reasons ( a) the alcoholic tincture extract was playing havoc with my nails by drying them out so they split, and (b) wrecking my nail varnish! Instead I have added the Progesterone cream back in to my routine, but differently. Rather than the Flat2Fem '1/2 tsp twice a day for 7 days', routine, I now apply 1/8 tsp twice a day for 24 days, as recommended by the manufacturer of the cream for women past the menopause. The logic for this is that if you look at the graph below you'll see that Progesterone peaks slightly after the main Oestrogen peak. but is there as a constant drip at a low level all the time. I'm debating whether to increase the level slightly for a couple of days in the middle of the month to mimic the graph to some extent. However if I do that then I ought to do the same thing with the PM rather than take it at a constant level all the time.( My current thought is to experiment with say 2 or 3 PM per day for 3 weeks and 6 PM per day for one week a month).
I wonder if the 'stalling' which many people have referred to, plus a need to go up to big doses to get going again, is in fact the body's attempt to get the levels back to fluctuating in the way it was designed by nature to cope with. My growth starting with no current input would tend to suggest that possibly my body stored what it could for when it was needed.
Anyway, something is certainly working for me - since I first started NBE I've had a 34A bra which I didn't really fill properly, but when I put it on this morning I realised that suddenly I was bulging above the top of the cups, and I've also noticed that a lot of the growth has occurred to the outside of my nipples so that they are pointing forward again, I'm pleased to say. A bigger bra is on the shopping list!
