Ran out of PM a while ago and found it hard to find any in stock. Found this product called Femesse that seems to have a proprietary blend of PM and other supporting ingredients. Will this work? I would think men would need to take more than women, but it says women should take 4 capsules 2X per day (8 total) which sounds like a lot.

I'm not clear how much PM it contains, it says 4 capsules have 1,940mg of their blend, but I don't know what percentage of that is PM. Thanks!

I'm familiar with it, although I've not used it. I used a similar product, though and came to learn that the PM extract it contained may not have had some of the key components that unmitigated PM has, so I went with pure PM. I suggest you consider doing the same. There's no precedent for taking these combination items, so why sail into uncharted territory?

Thanks for the response. But for months, I simply could not find any place that would ship to my country since the pandemic started, except Ali Express from China. That seemed less reputable, though I finally broke down and placed an order from there back in December and never received it (still fighting to try to get my money back).  Being that this came up in a search for PM, I thought I would give it a try so I placed an order and got it in only a week.

But being that I have no other source for PM, is this not worth a try/better than nothing? And if so, what would be the recommended dosage? Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, though on the bottle it says that 1 serving size contains 1940mg of PM blend, I wrote to the manufacturer and they responded that each capsule has only 10mg of (or 40mg per service size)!  So I assume that won't do anything at all!

If I can buy regular PM and take the recommended dose of 2000mg, do you know if it's worth still taking these pills with it due to all the other ingredients (fenel, saw palmetto, wild yam, etc)?  Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the said product, but having tested PM extract pills, I can tell that they don't work as well as the pure, real deal does. At least they don't do anything close to what the numbers say.

So far the best thing I've done is Ainterol XX anniversary PM. Its way more potent than the few others I've tried.

Personally, I wouldn't use it simply because of the excessive b6 in the product (regardless of what else is in it).

Case reports (sensory neuropathy) suggest people are affected after taking 2,000 mg a day or more...sources say effects can start at 500 mg
