Hello I have question . When PM  after taking works strongest ? After 1 hour ,2 hours  or longer ? I take Ainterol R1 2 caps Morning ,one on afternoon and 2 in the evening.I take 3x reishi mushroom swanson (1800mg) that's good dosage ? I tried BO but After 2 weeks break I come back to PN. After week i feel little pain and swelling under my nipples. That means PM starts work ?

Best practice is to take your reshi 10-15 minutes befor your pm .  I will say though, that's a lot of reshi and pm you're taking. Be careful.  Pain and swelling means it's working, yes.
