Still, it's very slow going but I am getting more hair growth.
Hate you, hate you, hate you... ;-)
(Jealous, jealous, jealous!)
I'll now need to try this! Thank you for being the test guinea pig.
How long have you been facing the loss, though? How much has come back?
I have a Bruce Willis (Die Hard era) hairline.

I have been loosing hair for years. I do not have a clear picture, but the one in this thread ( although a comb over ) shows my hair line way back. Now even my temples are starting to fill in. Its a slow process, and may take a few years, but gaining is way better than loosing.

Yay, glad to hear that you are gaining after all

Yes, I re-read the whole thread! Congratulations and hugs!
Especially the temples, that makes it even MORE important!

i recently started primrose and biotin.
I have read it does help with folic regrowth and reversing gray/white hairs.
I dont have too many, and loss has been standard "M" pattern. (not that bad as im in my 30's still, but i wear hats often due to longer hair.{helps with my GD})
Ill keep a eye on it while taking these Supplemental, and let you all know if i notice anything.

2 biotin tabs daily, and rub the progesterone oil on your scalp at night.
Have you noticed excellerated nail growth when taking the biotin? I've noticed mine grow like weeds when I take biotin.

Just an update .. Still kinda thin on top, but surprisingly my temples look to be filling in a little.
