Swollen / Puffy areolas

I have not started pm yet only have been taking fg and sp and my areolas r swollen and quite larger than usual anything to be worried about?

I don't think you have anything to worry about. My areloas have been puffy for a while now. You may just be an early bloomer. Do you do any breast massages or the like?
