Thanks, but does anyone know the answer to the original question:
For example, do I take it once per day, or every time I take BO. If the later, do I take it at the same time as BO? 30 minutes before? Etc. And how much is a good amount to take?
Despite research and multiple searches, I can't find the answer anywhere. Txs.

I'm not sure what that is. It was recommended I take L-Tyrosine, not N Acetyl. This is what I had ordered:
