Well There's a strong link on dairy and cancer rates so I suspect it's right and here I was thinking drinking Organic was ok. I've always been told to steer clear of dairy by natural health practitioners. Not easy after decades of consuming it.

They made a good point that milk isn't as it used to be . I remember our grandparents/most elders I know consuming milk/dairy like crazy. And never heard them complaining of lactose intolerance etc etc

Here in illinois they are trying topass a law that people can go to a dairy farm a buy milk there . All the processing they do to it cant be good .

Any kind of processed food/drink is really bad for us. Eating processed foods is one of the worst things we can do health-wise.
