Would all the sisters out there on HRT be willing to share what you're taking, amounts, frequency, etc? I've done a lot of reading about common prescriptions but before I take the plunge, I want to see if there are any variations. As I've said in previous threads, I already have finn and spiro, now just need the estro. Thanks to those that contribute.

I was on the pre-operative regimen with estrogel.

I started at:

2mg Estrace -- sublingual, morning only
2 measures of Estrogel -- divided (1 morning, 1 evening)
6mg Propecia Fin -- divided (3mg morning, 3mg evening)
100mg Aldactone Spiro -- divided (50mg morning, 50mg evening)

I added bio-identical progesterone from Swanson, later on. I chose the estrogel regimen after reading through the different regimens on the above site. I also liked the option to apply the gel to different areas.

I am in my first 90 days and since I am in my mid-50s she started me off low.

1mg Estradiol -- sublingual - divided .5mg morning, .5mg evening
100mg Spiro -- Oral - divided 50mg morning, 50mg evening

She said I would work up to a possible high of 6mg Estradiol and 200mg? spiro depending on what I want to do.

I started 1st december on 2mg progynova (estradiol valerate) in the evenings and 100mg Aldactone (spiro) half in the morning and half in the evening.

Should have results from my first blood test tomorrow and will likely up the doses.

5 mg finasteride in the morning.

Doctor is starting low for five months until i get bloodwork. I believe ill have to get my doses higer. Hoever changes are going well on this dose.

If "going well", why push it??? Less chance for complications, I would think.....

True, but just going to wait and see what my levels are in a couple of months. I wasnt complaining though..

Would love to tell you what I am doing.

I am on:
Estrace 4mg/day
Progresteron 200mg/day
Suprefact 4 nasal puff/day

I have not had any side affects and only good things.
Been about 7months now and LOVIN' it...

I have almost a full C cup and lovely puffy areola.

So far my areola and nipples have increased 4 fold. (I had very tiny nipples).
