The budding is very exciting that means the female transition has started, so its up to you how far along the tracks you go,

but to my mind anyway the budding cones absolutely screams

When you feel the small knots(nodes) and then they get bigger.....there's something going on. Smile

Elaine, based on some suggested, I added coconut oil to my program and MSM. I am also going to quit licorice when I start BO.

So I'll be "tweeking" my program and posting when I start BO.
