Many of us here .

Me included have had some breast growth and start to bud, then stop.

Last time I desperately wanted to see my areoles pop and expand
But my male switch flicked and I ran back into man mode and looked at my chest with scorn

So the question is how long does it take for most of us to reach this beautiful aerola expansion stage ie aerolas darken , expand, and basically look girlie

Breast growth in itself is not the be all and end all for me, it is those large aerolas I seek,

For me they would be a girl badge , no matter how large the breasts are,

I feel I would have continued longer, or at least it would have been a comforting reminder, of who I am,

From what I can see , the aerolas jump when the breast start their , jump forward from the initial budding,

Look forward to any answers and of course pics if any ?

Julie

i'm interested in this to, mine are still tiny.
Mine are still small, but the whole areola is taking on a conical shape rather then being flat.
Conical shape is a beatiful progress
How long has you been on your regime Hun
?

I have been doing NBE off and on for a while. The areolae did not cone up until I went on HRT about 3 months ago.

mine went conical to a degree a while ago, but are still tiny
Mine have always been a cone shape, even before I started NBE. Lucky?Tongue

Since I've began, my areola's have darken some, and increased 1/4 of an inch. I started with 1 inch diameter, they're now 1 1/4 inch.
Mine come/go in spurts, as far as enlargement go. Right now, I have had nearly constant "budding" pain in my left breast for about 3 weeks now.

I do hope that means pretty soon mine will "Pop".
Micronized progesterone does great, but in taking it can you call it NBE?

Not in the strict sense of the term. But here is another thought...

If you add external hormones under control, it's definitely NOT what your body or nature has done... So, in that way of thinking, maybe it is?? I dunno.
