The quicker it goes down the better, i get it, my point was that I had experience where I tasted CO in a semi frosty state. I used a blender to concoct something with coconut oil and it solidified the CO. The result......unpleasant lol. I'm interested in your experiment, please let me know how it works out.

Yeah I'm a leaker lmao, who knew. Rolleyes It wasn't much, a small bead of the whitest goup you ever did see lol. I must admit, I never did understand all the fuss about lactating, but when it finally did happen my reaction was one of disbelief, laughter and giddiness, lmao.

So I was looking into some research on cold water therapy and how it aids in recovery times in post HIIT workouts. Turns out that it also builds new brown fat cells, hmm, interesting huh?. Well.....it got me thinking on different ways to promote new cell growth for breast tissue. As we know fat cells produce aromatase enzyme, which converts testosterone into estrogen. We also know HIIT produces natural growth hormone and lactate, (initiates new muscle synthesis). It's quite possible (imo) using that cold water therapy and HIIT can trigger breast growth, the science says it's possible. Wink

Another example: From a clinical study I found that it stated that cAMP (2nd messengers) levels significantly increased lipolysis in adipose tissue, at 4°C, (39 degrees). Adipocytes increased the release of glycerol, indicating that the high rate of lipolysis occurred in these cells.

So how do this apply to NBE?, my opinion?..........hmm.......Rolleyes use ice packs on the boobs after massage/boobie exercises (you still do those grab n pull method boob exercises right?) I hope so cause that in-itself triggers breast growth. This method along with HIIT, cold water therapy is free, cept the cost of water. Rolleyes

Initiation of myoblast/brown fat switch through a PRDM16-C/ EBP-β transcriptional complex:

These data indicate that the PRDM16-C/EBP-β complex initiates brown fat development from myoblastic precursors, and may provide opportunities for the development of novel therapeutics for obesity and type-2 diabetes.

EFFECT OF IMMEDIATE AND DELAYED COLD WATER IMMERSION AFTER A HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISE SESSION ON SUBSEQUENT RUN PERFORMANCE
http://www.jssm.org/vol10/n4/10/v10n4-10text.php

In summary, quantitative and qualitative analyses demonstrated that immediate CWI performed after a HIIS resulted in better next day running performance (YRT), while delayed (3 h) CWI was also likely to result in improved YRT performance, compared to no CWI. Importantly, greater benefit was associated with immediate CWI. This information is pertinent to athletes, particularly if they do not have immediate access to recovery facilities following exercise performance.

Thanks for being a continuous source of new info Lotus. About icing the breasts.. I always felt that my breasts had a great response to ice packs between massages, much better than when I used to warm them with slightly hot packs. I felt a bit loopy because everybody says I should warm them instead, but icing between massages helped with circulation and size. I will have to return to that method again after reading this

If you find these two NBE essentials for cheaper great, but the coconut oil has to be organic. Imo coconut oil covers 3-4 needs for NBE (including 5 ar inhibitor), reishi covers most of the 5 ar inhibitor, the estrogenic properties (pro-ERb) helps too. In other words this is a starter kit that can be added on too. (Products are from Swansons). Your normal diet (daily vitamins) helps cover other NBE needs, we have a generous listing of NBE foods in the herbal food section. If funds allow later you can add something like red clover, FG, PM. Personally I'd add red clover extract for its pro-boob growth (Estrogen receptor alpha-ERa).

My goal was $10-$15.00, I'm close. Rolleyes

Thanks for this Lotus! My program is highly skewed towards 5-ar inhibition, so this will allow me to trim down my program.

Thanks Odile. I think thermogenesis has some potential, the intriguing part is producing new fat (brown) cells. There's mixed debate about whether we grow new fat cells or not. From what I've seen fat cells split because they get enlarged. The intense workouts from HIIT followed by cold therapy can boost the process of creating new fat cells. I hope it can mean some new growth for you, pease let me know how it works out. Big Grin

Hi Val,

The evidence on essential fatty acids keeps stacking up in favor of NBE. The biggest part imo is how fatty acids are carried in the blood and in the nucleus of cells, (better for synthesis). One piece of evidence I came across the other day was how fish oil can increase Free T in older men, although I'm trying to find out exactly how much and what types of fish oil they meant, some fish oil brands are triglycerides.

Coconut oil, being a poly-unsaturated fat is quite different in its composition. The fact that it resembles mamas milk is only one of the great things about what coconut oil can do. Now if we can just do something about the taste and smell lmao. Oh, don't spill it on your cloths. Rolleyes

Thanks Alexis.

It happened quite by accident a few days ago during a massage, I think I must have have unclogged the passageway because for a brief second I could have sworn I just saw a burst (spritz)? hell I dunno what you'd call it but.....it just did. I thought strange, did I just see what I thought I just saw?, hmm. RolleyesWink A few days later I focused on duplicating the results and sure enough something came out as I said, not much mind you. Needless to say I was pretty much shocked, you know, never being one who believed it to be possible in the first place. Rolleyes

So, now I'm a believer. WinkRolleyesBig Grin

Lotus , if you use breast pump to express milk on daily 3-4 times , you will be able to express 4-8 ounces of milk per session .
