I can do that!

It's very similar, in fact you and Peggy had a thread or post on it too, although I can't find it anymore. But it goes like this:

(21-11-2014, 09:02 AM)Lotus Wrote:  The massages I do,

Massage
1) While in a seated position, arms rested at your side and hands on your thighs.
2) Now raise your arms (elbows) as high as you can while keeping your hands on your thighs.
3) Then slowly squeeze your arms back down to your sides while adding pressure.(As if you had a ball under your arms and your simulating squeezing that ball as hard as you can on the way back down)
4) Do 3 sets of 10 ea. (or more if you can)
(Use a ball if it works better) Wink

Another massage
Also been working this Breast massage/exercise:
* With your hand grab your breast from your side, pull it towards the center of your chest, now hold and flex for 2-3 seconds or longer if you can, repeat up to 10 times!
* Try it with your palms pushing your breasts towards the center, as if your trying to touch your nipples together, now interlock your fingers together, using your hands squeeze like a cupping motion, also flex your pec's (tighten) at the same or alternate hand/pecs....up to 10 times.

Training the pectorals, the pectoralis major and minor (the chest "pecs") are the muscles that lie directly underneath the the breasts. As these muscles get bigger, they can push breast tissue upwards and outwards, providing visual volume, and resulting in a "perkier" appearance.

I've been doing my own version of an Isometric chest contraction, but for the purpose of demonstration, follow the first part of the video. This can be done anytime, standing or sitting, that's what is so perfect about it, no weights or mats.

No equipment needed chest exercise

This is great L. I look forward to trying these methods out since I'm not taking herbs for nbe anymore. Will keep you updated. Ps thanks for simplifying it in the middle for us Smile it was well said

One of the biggest questions many of us have about NBE/HRT is why it take so long for results. The answer isn't so simple, but I'll try to shed some light on the situation, (my 2 cents). Rolleyes

There's a balance the body tries maintain called homeostasis, and when the body detects a deficiency it sends out more signals to correct that imbalance. Now throw in NBE/HRT and the signaling process senses changes to the system, it's been accustomed to receive the same signals since birth. Changing the hormone signaling process takes time, it's gonna want to fight this change, and until the new changes can be maintained it takes time. So.......2-3 years is the typical time frame before we see significant change in terms of breast and body changes.

Here's a science example in terms what I mean. It takes up to two years for the pharma anti-androgen dutasteride before its reaches a 93% inhibition of DHT.

The saturation, cascade (release) of estrogen or (E2) is risky. Meaning excess estrogen increases the risk of heart attacks, stroke, DVT and BPH. I think if we take a straight foward approach on elimaniting DHT first, we lessen the health risks by having to saturate with E2, imo E2 should come after 5 ar inhibition. However, universal precautions are always always first. (e.g. Green Tea, omega 3's, reducing stress, sleep, diet and fitness).

NBE (low cost).

If you find these two NBE essentials for cheaper great, but the coconut oil has to be organic. Imo coconut oil covers 3-4 needs for NBE (including 5 ar inhibitor), reishi covers most of the 5 ar inhibitor, the estrogenic properties (pro-ERb) helps too. In other words this is a starter kit that can be added on too. (Products are from Swansons). Your normal diet (daily vitamins) helps cover other NBE needs, we have a generous listing of NBE foods in the herbal food section. If funds allow later you can add something like red clover, FG, PM. Personally I'd add red clover extract for its pro-boob growth (Estrogen receptor alpha-ERa).

My goal was $10-$15.00, I'm close. Rolleyes

Let's talk coconut oil, dht, and absorption through the skin. When are dht production rates at their highest? How well is coconut oil absorbed through the skin? Here's my thinking: If coconut oil is applied to the skin on or near the areas of dht production, would it inhibit the production? Would it benefit to apply it in the time before dht production is peak? I know you said internal administration is preferred. I'm not disputing that. I CAN'T STAND the taste and consistency of it though. I'm thinking about warming it up with warm water, putting into an ice cube tray and refrigerating it. This would produce a mostly solid form that can be swallowed hole. Yet isn't too cold as it isn't in my -6 degree freezer. Make sense?

In the morning (8:00am is the highest, 12:00pm & 4:00 pm, and a slight rise around 8:00pm)

Better than most oils, from a study I saw on newborns CO out performed baby oil. In part because of the saturated fats (medium change fatty acids, MCFA's).

You mean target tissues, imo yes it would, but I'd also say that DHT is delivered in the blood by way of SHBG. This is why taking CO internally is impotarant. I know when I take CO I immediately feel that effects, which goes back to absorption rates/routes. But yes, DHT is most highest in the skin and adipose, which is why it makes sense to eliminate it there. Btw, the head of the penis has the highest levels of 5 ar, try experimenting with CO on all parts of the genitals, meaning most hormones are synthesized inside the testes, (with the exception of progesterone, however progesterone cream can be applied to the scrotum). Btw, PC also makes for a very strong 5 AR inhibitor.

I now believe its pointless to administer herbals at peak release times of DHT (picture stopping a runway locomotive, that's DHT). Instead, imo think off peak times to administer supplements.

Lol, oh yeah.

I like this idea, I'm also not a fan of chewing frozen droplets once CO is frozen, yuk. Dodgy

Polyunsaturated fats and prostaglandins stimulate the expression of aromatase, the enzyme that synthesizes estrogen.

Generally, ingested fats show up in adipose tissue depots and in the bloodstream (in lipoproteins or as FFA) and the ultimate storage site is determined by the places where blood flows the greatest. Women, for instance, store a greater proportion of ingested fats in the subcutaneous adipose tissue depots than men because of these regional blood flow differences (Jensen, Sarr, Dumesic, Southorn, & Levine, 2003).

In principle, on activation by the lipolytic hormones, short, polyunsaturated fats (e.g., linoleate) would be mobilized in preference to longer, saturated fats because they are more accessible to the water-soluble enzyme, HSL, which catalyzes the release of fatty acids from glycerol. (To add another layer of complexity, depending on the circumstances, adipose tissue depots contribute differentially to the blood FFA pool [Mittendorfer, Liem, Patterson, Miles, & Klein, 2003]). Nonetheless, in reality, on average, plenty of saturated (e.g., stearate and palmitate) and monounsaturated fats (e.g., oleate and palmitoleate) are released in addition to polyunsaturated fats, so when fats are mobilized a mixture is available for use as fuel by tissues elsewhere (Staiger et al., 2004).

Eating high-fat foods may reduce free testosterone levels according to one study that measured serum levels of sex steroid hormones after ingestion of different types of food. High-protein and high-carbohydrate meals had no effect on serum hormone levels, but a fat-containing meal reduced free testosterone levels for 4 hours (Killinger et. al. 1987)....... (in men).

The resulting hormone imbalance (too much estrogen and not enough free testosterone) in obese men partially explains why so many are impotent and experience a wide range of premature degenerative diseases (Blum et al. 1988).

Chewing the chilled coconut oil isn't what I had in mind. I was thinking making it small enough just to swallow whole. maybe half or a third of an ice cube typical size.
