As you see it's about the binding affinity, even E2 has a very poor binding ability. But, you don't won't to push ER-a too much because of the proliferation of breast cancer. A balanced approach would be much safer. And incidentally, (CLA)-conjugated linolelic acid protects against breast cancer.

I know you are in THE ZONE right now but when you are done you really need too lay out a simplified summary of this for us laypeople ok !
Can you step out the "safe" or "safer" herbs as per that last paragraph I commented on. Txs d

Chaste berry (vitex) looks pretty strong, PM performs poorly according to this study, which when you look at it, it's one of the best studies out there. (Take a look for yourself).

Rhubarb is absurdly potent at estrogen receptor alpha, to far of the chart, and would be potentially hazardous for breast cancer.
Like I said, vitex has a strong binding effect for ER-a, but also is effective at ER-b (protects against the prolifertive sides of breast cancer).
Combining free fatty acids with something like vitex improves the molecular synthesis of ersrogen receptor alpha while offering it protection against breast cancer. Call it a two-fer or BOGO (buy one get one) = growth plus aromatase (free fatty acids that is).

So basically if you did a combo of vitex + liquorice + red clover + khudzu . Than that should. Give you better boobi growth ?

I'd just stick with 1 (vitex or red clover), then......add in free fatty acids.
The point being they (phyto's) could interfere with each other.

I recon that is where my program is going wrong !!
my program has combo of 8 diffrent herbs +PM and fenu , as listed in my thread
Once I finish my present mixture , I will go for vitex and walnuts

Trying to follow the discussion and links (some WAY over my head) -- are you suggesting that Vitex might be a better alternative than PM? Sorry to be a reductionist, but when the science gets dense, that is what I become.
