Thanks Lotus for this link. POM
It's a little pricey but for the lower caffeine 8mg (which is great) its the amount of polyphenols 98%, and 45% EGCG's we're interested in. So if you can't handle drinking the tea, this item would make sense. Regardless, it's still a great looking product.
Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) Decaffeinated Extract (leaf) [std. to 98% polyphenols by UV (710.5 mg), 45% EGCG by HPLC (326.25 mg)] 725 mg **
Pom, thanks, we should thanking ELLA, lol, I wouldn't have looked there.
but thanks.

Life Extension is actually great range. They use less fillers, some no magnesium stearate which seems to be in everything plus they offer nutritional advice, ie if you take "x" supplement it might lower "y" and or tell you which supporting supplements should be taken along with isolated supplements which we'd never consider.

Sorry to hear that Pom.
Have her look into curcumin/tumeric with pepper. I know I don't need to tell you any of this anyway. Sorry again.

Sorry to hear that about your sister POM.
May I ask what her diet is? Does she eat animal products? I would advise her to make a juice fast, the longer the better (at least 2-3 weeks). She must get all the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants from vegetables and fruits. Spices like cayenne, garlic, ginger are also very good of course. Also look into papaya leaf tea and essiac tea.
The most important is: No animal products (no dairy, no meat) and no refined sugar, no wheat, no empty calories. I also recommend to read the book "The China Study". All the best to her!
