I culd see the next problem at many users.(When somebody is Male to Female thus brest growth for biological male.)
The breast grow and grow,after that instead of womanly shape:

Are there any enzyme or supplements that regulate this?Under the nipple is over the breast many times,and the form is stretched.
Fortunately my base breastform is flat,however i won't manly shape breast.

I'm not sure what the odds are (for bio-males) but its entirely possible, permanence has also been discussed in many different forms here (from boobs to ED). I'm not sure I understand your question about enzymes. One thing for sure is when significant tissue growth occurs there's no going back unless surgically removed. If you're asking how to make them look more feminine than moobs it takes a lot time energy, patience and $$$$$.
Hopefully there's a 100% commitment prior to pursuing NBE.

I think about such special material which determines the shape of the female breast. For example oxytocin need to the milk secretion.
I hope so don't need to surgery for more feminene breast.
