Don't know why but feeling despondent since I ran out of my tinctures , haven't bothered taking FG +maka+ algerine . No boobie massage or excercise . Once I get delivery of my PM will have to gee myself again into routine

Itl probably be good for you to take a break anyway ive started up on the natureday again after a 2-3 week break. Did u ever think of trying natureday? Its the only nbe programme that had hundreds of testimonials ajnd REAL pictures of both men and women!
Im like that though. I find massage/noogle time consuming and hurts my arms and loose the motivation to do it

As my partner is not aware of my quest , I have bought herb tinctures ( for health benefits ) I can't have any product that in any way says breast growth but a good person here is doing me a favour of geting me aiterol liqid ( once all labelling is taken off it I'll be posted to me
I might as well consider this a break and do kidney / liver cleanse.

considering i was total flat when i started and now i have mini mole hills , she must have noticed as i am always making my cup of tea in morning with just my underwear on ;)

Heck no, no PM in natureday, its has a proprietary blend of FG/FN/SP/BTHISLE/DQ

i did find some pm soap from purfaem with lots of other ciruculation herbs in it but i wont use it while im on natureday, but it smells just divine!!

The dosage I am planning to take is 3 tablespoon full twice a day .

Ainterol does a stronger concentrate of PM liquid as an automiser which is specially geared towards bio-males .

I was going to say that you'd need more oil, PM extract is concentrated, I like using Vitamin E.
