Interesting,

After a few days of inactivity went back to trying the PM cream today and it lit the girls up, they have been really sore all day.

Now looking back on my log, the PM cream seems to do that all the time

Can only presume thats good ?

No buds yet , but we have projections, nipples up and out on little mounds,

Long story;but yerterday, I ended up. working, in the kitchen, bra-less; by 4.00 I was in reall discomfort and really had to go up to the flat to put a bra on; instant relief!

OMG I wont do that again , how silly of me,

Today in the office my nipples were well up and alert (7 weeks in now on PM)

So STUPIDLY , I lifted t shirt and poked both in too see if they would go down,

Almost ended up on the floor the pain was that intense,

Oh well , joys of breast growth

Denise, Wearing a bra is no fun, just as wearing under pants is no fun; just a good idea. Without a bra, my boobs were hurting and uncomfortable; as soon as I put one on-instant relief; liken it to trading in a pair of uncomfortale shoes for a comfy pair.
As to my routine, it is currently 1500mg PM, twice a day.
