A while back now I decided to try the BO route for my NBE. I was taking Swansons 2x Raw Ovarian Glandular 250mg caps along with 2x Reishi Mushroom 600mg caps, and 2x calcium tablets daily.
On the evening of day 4, after watching a couple of movies and tv shows on the couch for about 3 hours, I went to get up to go to the kitchen, and I was shocked to discover what felt like my entire skeleton in sharp pain! I was almost too scared / unable to make it completely to my feet, and even when I did (I honestly feel like I would've been trapped on the couch if I fell back down onto it) it took a few minutes for me to shuffle my feet and take a few tentative steps! I spent the next 20 minutes on my feet, slowly regaining enough confidence in my mobility / strength of my bones to walk around and stretch a little, then finally enough courage to sit back down again. After about half an hour I decided to call it a night and see if I could make it to my bed, 10 feet away. Getting up the second time wasnt nearly as painful, just a little achy, but I quickly made it to bed and prayed I wouldnt be a bed ridden cripple the next morning! Luckily, I wasnt, but I learnt my lesson, and flushed all the BO straight away.
According to some research I did, I think it might have been calcium being taken from my bones in order to kick start any E production by the BO? Something like that I think?
