My BO experience -
auzifreek9 - 28-07-2019
A while back now I decided to try the BO route for my NBE. I was taking Swansons 2x Raw Ovarian Glandular 250mg caps along with 2x Reishi Mushroom 600mg caps, and 2x calcium tablets daily.
On the evening of day 4, after watching a couple of movies and tv shows on the couch for about 3 hours, I went to get up to go to the kitchen, and I was shocked to discover what felt like my entire skeleton in sharp pain! I was almost too scared / unable to make it completely to my feet, and even when I did (I honestly feel like I would've been trapped on the couch if I fell back down onto it) it took a few minutes for me to shuffle my feet and take a few tentative steps! I spent the next 20 minutes on my feet, slowly regaining enough confidence in my mobility / strength of my bones to walk around and stretch a little, then finally enough courage to sit back down again. After about half an hour I decided to call it a night and see if I could make it to my bed, 10 feet away. Getting up the second time wasnt nearly as painful, just a little achy, but I quickly made it to bed and prayed I wouldnt be a bed ridden cripple the next morning! Luckily, I wasnt, but I learnt my lesson, and flushed all the BO straight away.
According to some research I did, I think it might have been calcium being taken from my bones in order to kick start any E production by the BO? Something like that I think?

My weight is 90kgs, I do a little walking (20-30 mins) a day. I was taking the RM for AA, and it worked really well! The first few days I tried self pleasuring, what a chore!! 15 mins just to get hard and 25 more just to produce a tiny drop of semi-clear liquid, I was so happy!
Umm what link were you referring to? If it's the guide from MustGrowBust.com, I have that. I was only taking the BO & RM, nothing else it lists, just to see what the first week produced. Maybe that was mistake, but I couldnt afford everything on the list all at once, esp the MSM which is like $50 a bottle in the chemists around me.

seeing some of your post earlier though may not be related you had a problem in 2017
it would be best to get regular check ups with this recent issue ,you dont want to ignore it

The last few months I've taken a break cold turkey, I'm only now just restarting with basic herbs. My current program is:
2x MACA 1000mg
2x FG 1000mg
2 cups of RC tea
Thinking about maybe adding in Collagen supp for skin elasticity, tho maybe after a few weeks of RC so there's enough E?
Also going to get some White Peony for AA, what's the best brand?

I use white Peony extract from Hawaiipharm. Use it sublingual to get the best results.

I'm not a fan of herbal tinctures. Is it really more powerful / potent than caps?

Ya no I think you need to get ur body checked out... You either have a deficiency or something far worse.
