I like your android idea though. Did you see the movie AI? Remember Gigolo Joe? He didn't have a human brain, but maybe that will come out in the next release. I would opt for the female version of Jude Law, though.
Or, maybe I could get around all the problems you listed by having my brain replicated in a complex quantum neural net, capturing my personality, sense of who I am, past experiences, etc.
Oh, except I'd like to erase certain bothersome memories. Missed Miss, maybe they could program your cyber brain with the memories of growing up as a girl. That would be cool, too.
