That sounds like a good idea. Is anyone familiar with a site or program that allows such moderation and is still free of charge?
Cisco WebEx - it's not 'free' (for more than 3 people) but you only need a single host to run a meeting (which makes it free for everyone else).

I'm in webex meetings at work almost every day, but I haven't used the video.
I think Skype and Microsoft Lync also have offerings.
I doubt anything that allows more than a few people will be 100% free...but it should be very inexpensive.
