As for shrinkage and functionality, I'd love to have the "pair" shrink into oblivion but as for the other thing, I'd really like to see it turn from an outie into an innie by itself, by a surgeon or by aliens, I don't care. ...It will remain however, at least as long as it remain in favor with my dear wife. If she loses interest however... they have a pending appointment with a blender and a hot asphalt road and that's no joke.

So, how certain is it that I'll lose my ability due to NBE? Has there been a poll taken? Are there enough long term users present to get a good idea how many lose functionality?

I was on roughly the same doses as you for about 15 months. Never had any shrinkage although I wanted it(still do lol). Lost spontaneous erections although it still worked. Less semen, never got clear.

Not sure though, as it seems to be different for everyone. I think age/amount of antiandrogen are probably the biggest factors.
