Strange today
While the thoughts of my testes shrinking used too concern me,
Today it does not bother me, its almost go, shrink, go, big move too the other side of the spectrum, well for me at least,
Would however like too keep the penis in good order and for the wife as long as possible though,
Any thoughts too similar anyone ?

I,m trying a break from full on and just taking a maintenance dose after
a growth spurt to help recover , then go full on again . I,m thinking too long on high dose will cause permanent lose with no return maybe . I also want to still have my function to please my partner also .
To me if it fell off I wouldn't care... one less thing to hide.... and I'm sure there are prosthetic substitutes that would be way better than what I have now... lol
Plenty of girls here seem too manage the loss of function bit, ie with breaks and usage etc,
I just found it a big shift that I could no care if my balls went too the size of peas

I am still trying to hang on but the end is near. Each time I restart PM, it isn't long before my functionality nose dives. I'll take butea superba and V to get things going again but then it starts all over again. I have already had shrinkage in both areas. As my breasts grow, I am loosing interest in functionality. It's happening a lot sooner than I expected.
Maybe I haven't been doing NBE long enough (3-4 months) or at high enough doses (1500-2000 PM + 640 SP). The only change I've noticed is there is no activity down there unless me and my bride are "going down that road". Spontaneous erections are gone, porn hardly holds my interest and if it does, I can hardly get any response down there... Honestly, it's such a relief after years of being a slave to that disgusting appendage! I HATE it for the guilt, embarrassment and shame it has inflicted on me my whole life - the only thing it's good for is for pleasing my wife!
As for shrinkage and functionality, I'd love to have the "pair" shrink into oblivion but as for the other thing, I'd really like to see it turn from an outie into an innie by itself, by a surgeon or by aliens, I don't care. ...It will remain however, at least as long as it remain in favor with my dear wife. If she loses interest however... they have a pending appointment with a blender and a hot asphalt road and that's no joke.
So, how certain is it that I'll lose my ability due to NBE? Has there been a poll taken? Are there enough long term users present to get a good idea how many lose functionality?

I was on roughly the same doses as you for about 15 months. Never had any shrinkage although I wanted it(still do lol). Lost spontaneous erections although it still worked. Less semen, never got clear.
Not sure though, as it seems to be different for everyone. I think age/amount of antiandrogen are probably the biggest factors.
