I found that spiro helped in getting my NBE going, even before I started PM. But, and apologizing for sounding too much like a cracked record, it has permanently destroyed my male function. This may well of course be what you want. I was on it for 18 months, but at only 50mg.

I have heard that chemical castration can become permanent... And while I'd love nothing more, I do kinda need to maintain some modicum of function until I can get my outtie turned into an innie... Otherwise they won't be able to give me ANY kind of depth!

I don't know what mady wants though...
