I started out with mainly sp and pm .
4500 of pm and 6400 of sp per day
Most success has come from spiro & pm in the last 3 months in stead of sp .
Currently 200 mg per day .

Bra was one I found at a nice lingerie shop ,
feels really cool !

I found that spiro helped in getting my NBE going, even before I started PM. But, and apologizing for sounding too much like a cracked record, it has permanently destroyed my male function. This may well of course be what you want. I was on it for 18 months, but at only 50mg.

I have heard that chemical castration can become permanent... And while I'd love nothing more, I do kinda need to maintain some modicum of function until I can get my outtie turned into an innie... Otherwise they won't be able to give me ANY kind of depth!

I'm currently 36 , 41.5 , 38 . About 2-3 in in growth in 12 months
I would like to keep my amazing girl happy and still be able to please her when the occasion rises (pardon the pun )
I've noticed my morning salute isn't greeting me first thing in the morning as it used to
If I only do spirotone for 4 months at a time and use sp in between I'm thinking
I will give it time to recover before starting again for another 4 months

Like so many things, YMMV, and I don't know the answer to your query. At the dose you are taking, it should shut you down completely. Permanence is I think only a risk, and probably takes longer than 4 months, but I suspect that recovery may be quite slow, even with the help of something like Butea Superba. You might try reducing your dose to,say, 100 or even 50mg. I'd also be inclined to give it a holiday right now to find out how fast and how fully you do get it back!

Obviously your routine is working fine for boob development , but I'm surprised you were previously taking so much SP. By the nature of the way it works, SP can only achieve a limited reduction in effective androgen levels, and I would have expected that to be achieved at a lower dose. PM itself contains significant amounts of beta-sitosterol which is said to work in a somewhat similar manner to SP - this is one reason why using SP with PM is controversial, on the basis that it duplicates a function already provided by the PM while risking reducing the overall effectiveness of the latter.
