This is great discussion. I was kind of hoping more folks who are knowledgeable would jump in. Anybody who is or was cycling want to take on the cycling question and do up a quick writeup on it? How about any suggestions for additional questions or meat for the answers we have so far? What does everyone think about the idea of one topic per post, versus a single post with a long list of questions and answers?
