Blood tests will only check "free" testosterone and estrogen, DHT (which is blocked by SP) is not detected and I doubt you will notice lower free testosterone levels at all.
As for increase estrogen from PM, I'm not sure. I've read in other phytoestrogen containing herbs clinical studies have shown no or very little increase in free estrogen. Since the main active compound in PM is almost identical to Estradiol, and no clincal studies have been done on PM for this, there is no way to know.
But my guess is your hormone levels might only be slightly off normal.
