Well the PM has arrived, 5 bottles of pills and 2 sprays.

Will give it a couple of days for the other herbs to clear the system, then start the PM.

Got some progesterone cream coming soon too, will introduce that later.

I have a high dairy diet, will I still need calcium supplements?
