Hi me again, brimming full of questions which even though I'm widely read, and continue to surf the sites that might prove relevant.

Hope some of you can help, I do tend to come up with answers but I've no sounding wall to know if my responses are correct or not.

In my quest to grow breasts, I am not looking to get large breast like a few people here seem to be. I just want something that are clearly breasts, as opposed to 'Moobs' or a buff male chest, when the shirt is off. I'm not looking for something too distinctive that will stand proud through layers of clothing, slight gynaecomastia runs in the family, so it would not be too unexpected, however the ladies in my family tend to have rather large breast, I know genetics plays a part in determining the size, does this mean that they may there for grow large, even if I use low doses of what ever treatment I use?

When my supply of Natureday (a herbal infusion of things such as wild yam, fenugreek, gong quai and other phytoestrogenic herbs) I will take about 1 weeks break whilst I wait for the substance to clear the system. Then move on to PM. Will the PM take over the development that was managed by the last treatment, building on what is already there, or will it start from scratch?

When I achieve a size I am happy with, how do I then manage / maintain the breast without further growth, is this even possible?

Why the calcium supplement with PM?

There were other questions, but they have flown my mind at present. so I may post them later.

Hope that someone can help with these questions.
Hello Holmes.

It's hard to say. The way I see it, trying to find the right combination for continual growth can be challenging. Trying to micromanage growth is even more challenging. To achieve what you want, I think you'll have to keep a very close eye on the changes and growth sensations you experience on each amount of pm you take.

Besides genetics, I would also say your age, testosterone levels, and whether you're also using an anti-androgen will affect your growth.

I think it depends on how much progress you've attained with Natureday. If you already gotten some fat redistribution and possibly breast growth, I would say pm should build on it. If not, then you'll be starting over from scratch.

It's possible but I'm uncertain how feasible it is. Breast tissue is permanent, but fat redistribution is not. If you stop taking herbs or you take a insufficient maintenance dose, your breasts may shrink as the fat deposits disappear.

I think calcium supplements improve the body's absorption of pm.
Thank you for your answers.
Well the PM has arrived, 5 bottles of pills and 2 sprays.

Will give it a couple of days for the other herbs to clear the system, then start the PM.

Got some progesterone cream coming soon too, will introduce that later.

I have a high dairy diet, will I still need calcium supplements?

Probably not. The body can only absorb so much calcium in a given period of time. I suggest though consuming some calcium around the time you take your pm pills.
My PM regime started today. I'll keep you all up today in about a month. It will be interesting to see if it builds on what is already there.

One further question for now, the PM spray says to avoid spraying on and rubbing in to the nipples (quite difficult when applying to chest) any idea why they would advise this?

Yes, It cause the areola and nipples to lose colour and it also stings quite a bit! ( same for the cream, before anyone asks!)
