I think Flamesabers approach on this is much more practical and realistic.
There is nothing competitive in this, we aren't in races with anyone, you can't make boobs grow through willpower.

All any of us can do is share experiences, make suggestions as to what might help and encourage each other when things seem to slow down.

That IS being positive.
