550 will definitely give you a nice pair of breasts!

Does the 3D take your chest configuraton into account? It's a personal preference, but I think I would ask if they could be closer to the centre, to better fit in commercially available bras and create cleavage. Then again, I too have a wide chest, so it might not even be possible at all.

That said, I envy your courage and determination (and freedom). I am sure you'll look great wih your new boobs!

Thank you, yes that is one question that we also thought about, my wife seen it first and I had to agree with her that they should be brought in closer in the chest. Thank you for your thoughts and yes, I will definitely keep all abreast of what is going on.....Hopefully, I will find the PS for me and get a date set on getting my new breasts.....

Also, I forgot to mention that the machine is out of the PS office, so it does take in account for being under the muscle and breast. The 300 on my first or second post is about the same as the 550cc on their machine. 
I also made another appointment with Stratis Gayner Plastic Surgery out of Harrisburg. I was going to go with them first but want to try locally and that did not work out, so my appointment with them is for next week. Can't wait......
