It appears that the PM side effects are very individual, some get something, others get it worse, some have none of it. For me the side effects came only when I was using different brand(s) than Ainterol and was on a high dose. I got leg cramps, emotional mess, fatigue and generally feeling bad. It never lasted for very long and taking a break cleared it all.
Since I switched solely on Ainterol XX anniversary PM, none of the side effects have shown, I've been on only Ainterol for about three months no, no ill effects. But this happens to coincide with adding a lot of milk + cheese etc to my diet along with vitamin D3. There might be a link as I'm not trying to make sure I get enough calcium.
Anyway, PM 'might' give you nasty side effects, or it may not. From what I've read and experienced, there's only one way to really find out. I think I've found what works on me without issues, but it may very well be different for anyone else.
