seeing some of your post earlier though may not be related you had a problem in 2017

it would be best to get regular check ups with this recent issue ,you dont want to ignore it

The last few months I've taken a break cold turkey, I'm only now just restarting with basic herbs. My current program is:

2x MACA 1000mg
2x FG 1000mg
2 cups of RC tea

Thinking about maybe adding in Collagen supp for skin elasticity, tho maybe after a few weeks of RC so there's enough E?
Also going to get some White Peony for AA, what's the best brand?

I use white Peony extract from Hawaiipharm. Use it sublingual to get the best results.
