3 drops White Peony every day----> for once or twice? 200 ml=7-8 oz about?

The dropper can hold about 40 drops, so 2-3 x daily of the dropper full of the 40 drops mixed in with 7-8 ounces of water. (40 drops is roughly 1-2 tablespoons)

The suggested dose on the Iowa Select Herbs bottle says...
40-60 drops (1teaspoon/5ml)
2 to 3 times a day in juice or water.

but then that's what it says on all of their bottles so go figure.

Has anyone tried WP sublingually? I'm interested if the doses would be less this way since it wouldn't need to pass through the liver.
