I started out with ND myself, with the cream only. I started as a sceptic but to my surprise, the ND cream did cause some enlargement. Later, I added SP supplements, which seemed to speed up a bit. Right now, I am off ND due to the price, and only using a cheap PM cream with several DHT blockers.

You can try ND if slow progress is what you want. Not sure if this is of interest to you, but using the cream only gave me bigger breasts without budding. I don't have puffy/enlarged nipples or areolas.
