Just so you know, ND lists the following:
Saw Palmetto Berries
Fennel Seed
Fenugreek Seed
Dong Quai Root
Blessed Thistle herb
Serving is 3 capsules. This "proprietary blend" is 700 mg per pill. For obvious reasons they do not list the % or mg of each of the ingredients separately.
If you search through the forum you will find the above herbs mentioned in use by various users in their program of choice. I believe there is even a post that lists what each herb's trait is.
As you can see, there is no PM in NatureDay. The main active ingredient would be SP as it is listed first.
In reading through the posts you will see a trend, it is in combination with other herb's and dosage levels taken that can possibly affect, appearance, functionality etc. I do not believe PM alone will transition you. I remember reading through Robins posts, and it was combinations of herbs that helped her to transition. Others on here that are seeking transition, herbs has not been enough. Though the combinations of herbs they were taking has helped them to start the process, or helped them realize what their true and ultimate goal is the herbal method was just not enough and now seek a new path to complete the transition.
You will find on here that for some PM alone gave them their desired growth, other's in conjunction with other herbs helped them to achieve their desired growth. Unfortunately this isn't an exact science, mileage may vary from person to person. You have to find what works with you and your body.
The wonderful users on here share their experiences with various combinations and dosages and what overall effect it has had. This greatly helps newer people to see what has or hasn't been tried, and what has or hasn't worked. The combined knowledge and experience on here is priceless.
Getting back to NatureDay, look at reviews on amazon, there are positive and negative reviews, so even NatureDay does not work for everyone. So it may work for you, it may not. It isn't cheap, especially when you look up the costs of those individual ingredients. You're paying for their "proprietary blend", what they have found works for possibly a good chunk of people. Unfortunately as is, you cannot really control increasing or decreasing a single ingredient as it is all blended and it is unknown the percentage of each.
Whatever you choose to do, I wish you luck and I hope you achieve what you desire. Sorry for the long post.
