Reishi does seem to help me, I had a weird reaction the first time and have kept it to 1-2 in the morning because I am pretty sensitive to it. Apparently from what I read on here is the testosterone ramps up in the a.m. I went ahead and started adding spearmint too. So far things are good. I noticed my hair growing back in slower.
