Lol, I hear yah. The power of food for NBE is overlooked imo. For myself I try to keep food nutrients 3x more than herbals. And yes, I still take herbals.

I take one big mug green tea before bed though..is that enough or does PM require dim? Bc when I stop I only take 1-2 weeks stop only bc PM makes me friendlier...more patient especially. Sorry for my whining but im a bit scared home alone and distracted 109989 times while typing this message.

Tea is everyday because hormones are produced everyday. Don't forget a slice of fresh squeezed lemon in filtered water. PM is in the first half, cause I believe it's effects are like a generic BC pill, if you get my meaning.

Sorry u scared, hope it passes soon. Wink

Ah yeh I noticed something as if I was giving myself the same kind off treatment only then with my pm and pc cream. Yeh its gone now..tv-sound loud..all good. Ill do the lemon again great alternative for soda.
Thanks a lot LotusSmile
Oh and yellow raisins also have polyphenols..

I have been drinking green tea with lavender, its very lovely.

Your post here http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=17401&page=3 lotus, caught my eye-- someone on there said growth hormone causes areola growth, is that true? I didnt come to see it on your post in the thread. I am currently taking l'arginine and I don't want mine to grow anymore Sad

I was looking into what causes areola growth and all I could find was that it is genetics and pigmentation (at least for the colour of it) but size is apparently all genes. Couldn't find any specific hormone that attributes to the size, but now reading that I am not sure?

with that being said, your boobies are so nice lotus! I'd love to have more of a shape like yours!

Growth hormone plays a part in areola size during puberty , though the exact part/percentage is unknown. I think certain foods/supplements/stress/hormones etc can change areola size indiscriminately. I recently read an animal study that used specific hormones to change the size and pigment (via keratin) of the areola, sooo!, in other words, the science is there.

I think you'll be ok, (shouldn't make areolas larger)

In NBE?, I believe estrogen and prolactin does, estrogen topically does, but this is risky, as in toxic to the breasts.....,,,,.......don't we have enough toxic crap thrown at the boobs?, stay away from toxic compounds.
