Thanks Pom.
Hi and welcome Marcy,
Whoa!, where'd you find this one lol. Seriously though, the only thing that's changed (imo) is number #5, I think we shouldn't slow down the breakdown estrogen metabolism, and I'll explain why.
The longer we hold on to estrogen(s).... (external source aka exogenous) the more they can muck things up for humans, e.g. edema, E dominance, DVT, potential cancers, 2 OH estrone 16a-OH estrone:
Circulating 2-hydroxy and 16-α hydroxy estrone levels and risk of breast cancer among postmenopausal women
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2562592/
supplements like DIM, indole-3-carbidol (I3C) offer some protection. Additionally, new NBE techniques also help, (steeped inside this big ol' stinker of a thread).

2) Reduce DHT/ unlock free testosterone / bind SBGH
3) Convert Aromatase
4) Slow the breakdown of estrogen metabolism
First post.... this right here is fantastic information. Thank you
