So you are just inserting the capsules as a whole and this works well?  The capsule dissolves and the contents are absorbed?





      I’ve been back in BO for about a week and a half after about 3 years off.
During my first stage which lasted 4 months I took a maximum of 3 capsules per day, mostly only 2. Actually, I take one capsule every 2 days (rectally) with pituitary. I noticed the effects are coming on much sooner.
This time I'm quite sure that changes are happening much quicker after only 4 doses. After about a week and a half on BO this time I feel like I’ve been on it much more time already. My testicles have'nt  already shrunk, but it's beginning. Any sore. My breasts have regained their previous volume with a tingling sensation. It's a crazy but so lovely feeling.
So I'm quite sure that when we do BO for awhile and quit our bodies keep getting better at processing it. The Aromatization ‘s switch is already on.

Rectally – Very good feeling and a greater effect feeling - Any complications from a rectal dose of BO.
I slightly moisten the capsule and insert it deeply - No discomfort - No rejection reaction - No waste, quite the contrary - The benefit seems to be much better.
