So far pumping seems to be the best thing for me.
I also take Bovine Ovum which seems to work with pumping in some way. And I add fenugreek regularly because I like the way I smell when I take it, and flax which does something or other. Fennel when I remember to mix is in because it tastes better than flax or fennugrek and also does something or other.
The sensations I get now are very similar to the feelings I had with Estrogen....but different. Better in some ways.
Im still wondering about the time commitment. Sometimes an hour in the morning feels wonderful but an hour in the evening feels cramped and painful.
I am experimenting with more shorter sessions after the morning hour which usually feels pretty good.
I plan on trying this for two years, so I am less than halfway.

I wish I had listened to Lara 3 years ago.
Since I have lost 80lbs since starting HRT my breast development has been less than stellar.
But I think with pumping and HRT...or maybe just pumping...I can finally get where I always wanted to be.
Where ever did I get the idea that I have a plan,,,the pic is from a few minutes ago...I am already bigger than yesterday.

I just placed a notice on the pumping forum...and to update here I have never stopped pumping! So far it is slightly over 2 years.
I really like it. I'm finally getting some size and the sensitivity is sometimes intense which I assume is from the BO and Fenugreek.
I also have been trying new patterns of pumping..mostly stopping and holding the pump at its greatest pull so the swelling increases then releasing it when I feel it has been too long. When I re-engage the pump my breast is pulled further with less discomfort.
