Pueraria Mirafica (1 tab) 330mg
Hops (3 tabs) 1240mg...if not taking PM
Fenugreek 3660mg...prolactin source

**Aromatase**
Peony (2 tabs) 1200mg bottle recommends not to exceed dosage
