I understand avocado can help with progesterone. Lotus has the 411 on that.

Thanks, I had a look through the threads and found a little bit about it, but not much. I will keep it in mind.

5 alpha reductase inhibitor
progesterone booster
estrogen inhibiter

was the gist of what I found.

You'll have to talk to Lotus, but with his input I use PC every other day. I don't think it's slowing me down much, if at all. I think it's more of keeping things balanced.
