Now starting 4th week on PM and am going off alchohol ?
Was thinking about another glass of wine last night and I just went
" I dont really fancy it"
Thats never happened in my life ?

Sure. I'm just over three weeks in a break, and last Friday, I drank my first glass of whisky in over 10 years. Next week, I'll be starting herbs again, so this one glass will be my last before the festive season.
When you're doing NBE right, you have limited simple carbs intake. A single glass of alcohol feels like a doughnut for a diabetic. It's just not worth it.
Yes it happened to me.
I went off alcohol November 1978 because I found I was allergic to alcohol.
Its only been a few years now but I managed!!!!
Strange, I wish it would happen to me for alchol, but it did for smoking. I just found that it profoundly disagreed with me and bye bye smoking!
