Yes, PM is pretty powerful. I've only tried it for about 2 months, but than I realized that I wasn't sure if that's what I really wanted just yet so I'm back on the weaker stuff. Anyways its funny that you said that you've been on herbs for 1 year and you had slimming effects because that's pretty much exactly the kind of effects I got. In terms of size my breasts and my butt grew just a bit bigger, yet what really has changed more than anything else is the shape of my body. It has become more feminine looking. I started with Fenu Greek, Saw Palmetto, Red clover, Hops.
